Shipping Policy

Overview

Serenabed ships accessories and seasonal décor to eligible US addresses. Standard delivery is estimated at 10–20 days after dispatch. The estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date and may vary by destination, carrier, weather, customs, and peak-season volume.

Order preparation

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. This is a suggested store setting and must be confirmed before publication. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays. If a product page shows a different preparation estimate, that product-specific estimate applies.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more before taxes and after discounts, unless the checkout page states otherwise. For orders below $49, the available shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. Any applicable taxes or other charges are displayed before you place your order.

Fulfillment and tracking

Depending on inventory and destination, an order may be fulfilled by Serenabed or a fulfillment partner. We do not promise that every order ships from a US facility. When your order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation and tracking details when available. Tracking scans may take several days to appear after dispatch.

Delays, delivery issues, or missing parcels

If delivery is taking longer than the estimate, tracking has stopped updating, or a parcel appears lost or delivered to the wrong place, contact service@serenabed.com with your order number. We will review the carrier information and work with you on a reasonable next step. A carrier status marked “Delivered” does not by itself prevent us from reviewing a delivery concern.

Shipping delays before dispatch

If we learn that we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will contact you with the available options, including consenting to a delay or cancelling for a prompt refund where required by law. We will not treat silence as consent where the law requires your express consent.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can request a change before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee it once the order has been packed or transferred to a carrier.
